NUTRITION EXPERT REGINA COFFMAN GIVES A HEALTHY EDGE TO “A NEW LOOK” MAKEOVER SERIES ON FOX/UPN

San Diego, CA. Regina Coffman, one of San Diego’s most respected nutrition and fitness experts, announces her newest healthy endeavor as an assistant producer and co-star in Fox’s “A New Look” makeover series. The series is slated to begin production in January and to begin airing in April.

The new series is built upon more educational and professional principles than other reality-based makeover programs currently on air. Experts showcased on “A New Look” include an outstanding team of board certified surgeons in various fields, including laser vision correction, plastics, dental and spinal.

Regina’s expertise in nutrition is a perfect compliment for show participants – teaching them what foods are best for their individual bodies and their specific metabolism. Weight loss and management are as individual as everyone’s body chemistries are – an individualized approach to these challenges is absolutely necessary for long-term success. In response to this challenge, Regina developed her own nutrition software, M-Factor. This software, which is based on her patented personalized nutrition planning, is sophisticated enough to address the individual needs and issues for each participant.

“I am thrilled to be involved with the show,” said Regina Coffman. “It is exciting that thousands of viewers will be able to learn real strategies to manage their health through nutrition.” Regina continued, “The nutrition program that I teach using M-Factor has no ‘get skinny quick’ gimmicks. It is not only individualized, but it is built on the science of metabolism – which has been ignored in competing weight loss programs.”

In addition to weight loss and management, M-Factor creates personalized menus for heath conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, elevated cholesterol, high blood pressure, hypoglycemia and many more. The program is not a fad diet. It is designed to enable users to eat more often, eat better and manage their health more safely.
