Philosophy

Our Kung Fu philosophy is grounded in agility, coordination, physical power, and muscle endurance.

By adhering to an overriding value and belief system, we are more efficient in our educational, training and instructional efforts. An orderly life is a successful life. By embracing both White Tiger Kung Fu and Taoist philosophies we create an ideal balance between body strength and spiritual discipline.

Our Kung Fu philosophy is grounded in agility, coordination, physical power, and muscle endurance. Our Taoist values are based in the life principles of simplicity, moderation, humility, and effortless action.

Without adopting an overriding philosophy, we risk a disorganized journey and mediocre results. At White Tiger, we strive for the exceptional, the extraordinary, and a wholly remarkable Kung Fu experience and our adherence to ancient philosophies and time-tested standards is how we set ourselves apart.

White Tiger Philosophy

Our White Tiger philosophy is based on discipline, moderation and life balance. We incorporate an Internal/External approach to martial arts training that cultivates a sound mind and a strong body in keeping with the White Tiger principles and standards of excellence.

Taoist Philosophy

Taoism has to do with flowing with the Tao (Dao) – a word translated to English as “The Way,” and has to do with “the natural flow of things,” the “course of nature.”
