WHERE HAS HUMAN CONNECTION GONE?

Let’s share a minute eye contact with strangers in public to rebuild our sense of shared humanity in Los Angeles!
This is part of The World’s Biggest Eye Contact Experiment 2016. Coordinated by Sawabona Association & The Liberators International in cities all over the world and your participation will help create a global video message for peace and human connection for years to come.

The idea is simple
1. We will need to create clear signs that say “Where has the human connection gone? Share 1 minute of eye contact to find out…”
2. Then we sit down on yoga mats, picnic rugs, blankets or…and with 2 pillows, cushions or what you think will be comfortable to sit, and invite members of the public to come and share a moment of eye contact with us.

When & Where?
Saturday, October 29th from 12pm-1pm.
Meet us at the Santa Monica 3rd Street Promenade (in front of the Zara store).

Optional Extras?
Instead of pillows you can bring 2 folding chairs, this makes it easier for the elderly to sit.
Instead of pillows you can bring 2 Hula Hoops, this is great for standing eye contact.

How You Can Help
1. Come and join in either as someone with a blanket and two pillows/chairs/hula hoops and offer a minutes eye contact.
2. Be someone who joins in with someone else offering that space. We need people to start the ball rolling.
3. Invite your interested friends and family to this event.
4. Share this event on your facebook wall.
