We are a volunteer based association, which means that all the services we provide are free of charge. We require that all applicants be the legal homeowners or acting on their behalf. As a homeowner, you must have been without insurance during Hurricane Harvey. Our services are provided through a priority list starting from elderly, disabled, veterans, single mothers and others.
