Bethany Skiffington was a true professional. Not only did she perform her real estate functions well she genuinely wanted me to be completely satisfied with my decision. There was no pressure to look at homes and she gave me advice during the negotiating process so that I would get the best value for my purchase. She was readily available throughout the whole process. When there was a damaged item (rug) she got the seller to give me a credit toward the closing cost. I closed within a month which from what I understand is very difficult to do. I was very satisfied and if I have another opportunity to buy or sell real estate she will definitely be on my team.
