Stephanie’s had a passion for fitness from an early age and at 17 she began teaching water aerobics at a women’s only facility. Over the last two decades Stephanie has put her INNERGY into learning everything possible to help clients achieve balanced bodies, which led her to create Innergy Fitness. Certified in yoga, Pilates, spin, kickboxing, water aerobics, TRX training, and personal training, Stephanie is an expert at programming balanced, high-intensity & dynamic workouts for her clients. Stephanie has also created the XBAR certification program A.C.E. and P3 training system. She has a heart to help others achieve their best, through physical, mental and spiritual guidance.
Stephanie’s strength is balancing bodies. She feels “you shouldn’t hurt; your body has the ability to heal. Everything you do counts. Every movement can either hurt you or help you, and I make sure it’s helping. We can’t always see our own imbalances so I’m here as another set of eyes to coach and correct body alignment… to retrain your body and restore its neutral position!”
