Craft & Commerce offers complimentary ground shipping for all U.S. orders. For international orders please send us an inquiry and we will assist with your order.

RETURN POLICY

Every Craft & Commerce product is crafted to be loved, and we hope that your purchase will be a treasured possession; however if you decide not to keep your order
for any reason, we will happily accept returns in their original condition with tags intact. Full price merchandise must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Returns must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, and in original packaging when possible. Final sale purchases are non refundable.

Merchandise must be purchased from craftandcommerceusa.com with proof or purchase. We can not accept returns of merchandise purchased from any third party resellers.

Your original form of payment will be refunded for the purchase price and any applicable sales tax. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer online exchanges at this time. Should you wish to order a different style, size or color, please submit a new order online and request a return authorization for the item you would like to return.

Complete the return form provided in your original shipment.

Package the return form and your order securely, bring it to your preferred shipping carrier and send it to the address below.
