With more than 3,000 men, women, and youth expected to compete in 20 martial arts disciplines, the 22nd Annual\u00a0Arnold Martial Arts Festival\u00a0is the largest martial arts event in the Midwest.<\/p>\n

The 2017 Arnold Martial Arts Festival<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0will be held March 3-5, 2017 at the Greater Columbus Convention Center\u2019s Union Station Ballroom.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s an honor to direct the Arnold Martial Arts Festival and Combative Sports,\u201d said Terrence \u2018Tokey\u2019 Hill, a six-time national karate champion and national coach for USA Karate.\u00a0 \u201cMartial arts students across the country will have a chance to showcase their skills in a major event and learn from some the best in the world.<\/p>\n

Many disciplines are sanctioned by the national governing bodies for Olympic Sports. \u201cWe annually welcome representatives from USA Judo and USA Karate.”<\/p>\n

The Columbus Rotary will join with the Arnold Sports Festival in giving away two $2,500 scholarships to the top boxing and martial arts performer to be used towards college or athletic training!<\/p>\n

2017 Lifetime Achievement Award<\/strong>
\n<\/strong>The\u00a0Arnold Martial Arts Festival annually presents the Lifetime Achievement Award to an outstanding individual whose contributions have exemplified teamwork, overcoming insurmountable odds, upholding the spirit of competition, and the giving of oneself both professionally and civically.\u00a0 The 2017 recipient will be announced soon.<\/p>\n
