I believe that everyone has a purpose. Large or small, it’s there, and it’s yours. If you are here, it’s for a reason. Yes, it IS about you. You need to acknowledge what truly motivates you. It’s much easier to navigate your life, when you understand yourself, and your needs.
I can teach you a healthier way to use the skills that life has taught you. To rethink your weaknesses, and find your strength. Stop feeling the need to prove your value. Learn to be powerful by aligning your actions with your commitments.

for 3 very important reasons.
It’s a heads up.
I’m going to get to the truth, and I’m going to give you the truth. If you ask me, I will tell you. Sometimes I’m the only one who’s willing to say it to you.
It’s an invitation.
Our sessions are confidential, and there is no judgment. I don’t believe that there’s only one way to live your life. It’s my job to listen to your truth without personal opinion. It’s the only way to see where it fits for YOU, and where it doesn’t.
It’s my disclaimer.
Everything I say is just MY truth. I hope it challenges and inspires you to be your best self! If it doesn’t, that’s ok, I’m not the right fit for you. Remember, it’s just MY truth, not THE truth.
