Congratulations, Mom, you made it! You entertained and chauffeured, refereed a million squabbles, applied copious amounts of sunscreen to little bodies, and tackled that back to school list. We all love summer, but let\u2019s face it \u2013 sometimes it\u2019s nice to get back to the routine fall brings.<\/p>\n

Now that school is in session, it\u2019s time to take a breather and put yourself back on the list.<\/p>\n

Late summer and early fall are the perfect times for busy moms to start a Botox\/Dysport regimen, and I\u2019ll share with you a recommended schedule below as well as some before & after photos of my patients.<\/p>\n

Both Botox and Dysport work to reduce wrinkles such as frown lines, forehead furrows, and crow\u2019s feet by relaxing the muscles of the face. The result is a smooth, natural appearance instead of feeling like you look tired or angry when your face is at rest.<\/p>\n

Botox and Dysport are injected in tiny amounts \u2013 usually 20 to 60 units in total, and the results typically last 3 \u2013 4 months. After this time, the toxin wears off, the muscles begin to contract, and wrinkles start to reappear. To maintain the effects, I recommend most of my patients stick to a four-month treatment regimen.<\/p>\n
