Her father would purchase homes and she would assist in decorating and staging those homes before putting them back on the market.\u00a0\u00a0Byanca discovered she could walk into a room and immediately envision what would be most appealing to a home buyer. They soon realized that Byanca\u2019s staging talents made a huge difference in the positive outcome of the sale and the profitable collaboration continued.<\/p>\n<p>Byanca\u2019s\u00a0passion for staging homes has now become a full-time career as she takes the helm as the proud owner of The Home Artisan. During her former career as a successful talent director, Byanca created a stellar reputation for marketing, client relations, and having a keen eye for style \u2013 all skills that will be invaluable in the real estate and staging industries.
