All shipments are automatically insured for up to $100. Additional insurance above $100, is available at the customer&#8217;s discretion, and can be purchased at checkout. Samsara reserves the right to refuse international shipping as per our discretion, in the unlikelihood that we are unable to ship to your country we would notify you immediately.<\/p>\n<p>Samsara guarantees its pieces to be free of defects and will honor any defective items for exchange or refund. Any defective pieces being returned after 30 days after purchase will be subject to a 15% restocking charges. Pieces returned after 60 days will only be accepted at our discretion for store credit. Samsara will only refund shipping charges if the wrong item was sent or the item sent was defective. We do not allow returns on any customized items. We do not accept returns on products that were not purchased via our website.
