STATE TAX
Samsara is a corporation based in California; therefore, the sales tax only applies to the purchase in the State of California. International customers will be responsible for any Customs Tax or Duties levied by your country.
SHIPPING & PAYMENT
Shipping time depends upon your chosen product and shipping method selected at checkout. If your chosen product is in stock, it will be shipped out promptly; however, production time on ordered items can be between 4 - 6 weeks. Production time for personalized items can run from 4 – 8 weeks. You will receive an email notifying you when your package has been shipped. Your credit card account is authorized and charged at the time the order is made.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Samsara ships internationally via the United States Postal Service only. All shipments are automatically insured for up to $100. Additional insurance above $100, is available at the customer’s discretion, and can be purchased at checkout. Samsara reserves the right to refuse international shipping as per our discretion, in the unlikelihood that we are unable to ship to your country we would notify you immediately.
Samsara guarantees its pieces to be free of defects and will honor any defective items for exchange or refund. Any defective pieces being returned after 30 days after purchase will be subject to a 15% restocking charges. Pieces returned after 60 days will only be accepted at our discretion for store credit. Samsara will only refund shipping charges if the wrong item was sent or the item sent was defective. We do not allow returns on any customized items. We do not accept returns on products that were not purchased via our website. Please contact customer service for a Return Authorization number, which must be clearly written on the OUTSIDE of the package -‐ returns without a Return Authorization number will be refused upon delivery and returned to sender.
Please note:
- The shipped item must be fully insured in order for Samsara to accept it.
- The item will be inspected for obvious signs of wear and tear, alteration or damage that would deny its return.
- All original packaging must be returned, including the receipt & Certificate of Authenticity.
- You will be credited for the purchase price only, no shipping and handling costs are refundable or credited.
- If an item is refused for return, the customer will become responsible for any further shipping costs.
- If an item is accepted for credit, the customer is responsible for the subsequent shipping costs of the new item.
