Ernie Aguilar is not your typical broker.\u00a0 His real estate career started at the age of 19 while training as a collegiate wrestler.\u00a0 No stranger to hard work, he spent the next decade working to master his craft under the tutelage of top industry professionals, gaining invaluable insight into diverse areas of the real estate business, including lending, real estate investment and asset management, REO\u2019s, and residential sales.<\/p>\n

With this training under his belt, Ernie started The NorthSeventeen Real Estate Group with a vision to creating a customized, \u201cred carpet\u201d approach to help connect his clients with the home and life that they truly love.<\/p>\n

A native Southern Californian, he achieved both a BA in Business from CSUF and a degree in Interior Design from The Interior Design Institute in Newport Beach. Over the years, he\u2019s discovered his passion for historic and architecturally unique homes and enjoys sharing this with his clients and partners.<\/p>\n

Ernie is known for his competitive spirit which he\u2019s cultivated over his many years on the mat in competitive wrestling. Early on, he learned the value of perseverance which he combines with a singular focus, savvy negotiation skills and candid business approach to become the best, most trusted ally to each and every one of his clients.<\/p>\n

Ernie is bi-lingual (English\/Spanish) and knows the SoCal real estate landscape like the back of his hand! When he is not working for his clients or blogging about real estate and architecture, you\u2019ll find him spending time with his son, boxing and wrestling at nearby clubs, reading or practicing drums in his music studio.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Teresa is an ambitious over-achiever who treats each client as if they were family. Born in raised in the city of Santa Ana, she attended local public schools in Santa Ana and later graduated with a Bachelor\u2019s Degree from Cal State Fullerton.<\/p>\n

While at Santa Ana High School, Teresa channeled her competitive prowess to become a standout athlete, earning accolades in Track & Field and Field Hockey.<\/p>\n

She discovered her passion for interior design and architecture and pursued an education at the Interior Designs Institute of Newport Beach. Shortly after finishing, she began her career in staging and interior design. Molly is the head of the marketing department for The North Seventeen Real Estate Group. As a seasoned Graphic Designer for over 16 years, Molly’s experience covers a broad range of industries including, fashion, fitness, interior design, real estate, psychology, finance and more. She has extensive knowledge of print, from concept to completion.
