Death Cab For Cutie<\/a> have announced details of their tenth studio album, ‘Asphalt Meadows’ \u2013 listen to first single ‘Roman Candles’ below.<\/p>\n The follow-up to 2018’s ‘Thank You For Today’<\/a> will be released on September 10 via Atlantic. The band’s last release came in the form of \u2018The Georgia EP\u2019<\/a>, a collection of five covers which came out in 2020 via Bandcamp and was later made available on streaming platforms<\/a>. A newly remastered 35-track reissue of their LP ‘The Photo Album’<\/a> also arrived last year.<\/p>\n \u201c\u2018Roman Candles\u2019 is about the crippling, existential dread that goes hand in hand with living in a nervous city on a dying planet.
