She won first prize for sculpture and architecture in 1922. She is the first recipient of the John Simon Guggenheim Foundation in New York. It creates models for the Manufacture nationale de S\u00e8vres . She won a gold medal at the International Exhibition of 1937 and a Gold Medal for Company Incentive Industry. She lives in Mont -Saint- Aignan in 1930 . It is a corresponding member of the Academy of Sciences, Belles-Lettres et Arts of Rouen.<\/p>\n<p>She was a pupil of Robert Wl\u00e9rick Despiau and Maurice Gensoli . It is related to the Greek goddess Athena in Homer which already attaches the epithet Glaukopis ( &#8221; the Eye- de- owl&#8221; ) , perhaps his insight into the darkness ( of the night the bird and ignorance for the goddess ) . Goddess of arts and wisdom, defensive war and intelligent activity , she lent her winged symbol of Athens , striking coins with the effigy of the animal that is currently found on the Greek play one euro.
