When it comes to “Drag Race” legends a few names come to mind: Bianca Del Rio<\/strong>, Sharon Needles<\/strong>, Alaska Thunderfuck<\/strong>, [Insert your fav here] and of course Detox<\/strong>!<\/p>\n

The legendary “RuPaul’s Drag Race<\/strong>” All Star has made her way back to the Hey Qween! couch and she’s here to dish on her fabulous life as a world-famous fashionista.<\/p>\n

This sick’ning qween has traveled the world, befriended celebrities and has worked with some of the fashion world’s biggest names.<\/p>\n

She’s the shining example of the amazing things one can do with their 15 minutes of fame and she’ll be the first one to tell you not to squander that opportunity.<\/p>\n

“It’s been such an awesome experience,” Detox explained in regards to the Drag Race.<\/p>\n

“It’s so life-changing and that’s why I’m so vocal about how some of the contestants sort of just piss away their opportunities and act like assholes.”<\/p>\n

From some of her Season 5 sisters to some of the show’s newest queens, Detox hasn’t been afraid to call out a contestant on their diva behavior.<\/p>\n

“We’re so f*cking lucky to be handed this huge platform and amazing responsibility and really a life changing experience. It’s so humbling and it’s really unfortunate to see some of my sisters not really taking full advantage of that.”<\/p>\n

She adds, “I see these queens buying into their own hype early on, feeding into their own bullshit and acting like divas.”<\/p>\n

As for her own success, Detox credits hard work and willingness to play the “Hollywood” game.<\/p>\n

“The reason I work so much is because I have a great work ethic and people want to work with me,” she reveals. “I show up, I do my job, I’m courteous and I have a lot of fun with everybody. That’s really important and it’s kind of like you have to do that in this industry, you have to schmooze and play the game. I think I’ve played it pretty well.”<\/p>\n
